Rosé Wine & The First Strawberries of the Year

Healthy Dinner? Oh noes.

Don’t worry! While this one might be healthy, I am far from obsessive with it (I write, while I drink coca-cola, ho ho ho).

But really, I had a friend over Monday (yesterday) for dinner and the Danish premiere of the first episode of Game of Thrones Season 5. And what a blast it was – the episode, I mean. I cannot wait for the next one to be out next monday. I know the first 4-5 episodes have been leaked, but with this series, I am being a goody two shoes and watching it each monday.

The wonderful recipe (with a few twerks of my own)

I used the basic from The Cookie Rookie‘s recipe (and borrowed the image from her as well), but changed some stuff, so it should be totes fine to post it here for you. If you want her recipe, please go here – it’s so delicious and her pictures are amazing and so beautiful.

Salmon
– A Salmon Piece (you decide how big)
I marinated it in Olive Oil and sprinkled it with paprika powder, salt, pepper & a 5 Chinese Spices I bought in Spain this summer to give it an extra kick. You can, of course, use whatever spices you want and think will be delicious with it.
Grill it untill it turns a light brown, to make sure the salmon is not raw.

Avocado Salsa
– 1,5 Avocado
– 1 Red Onion
– Sweet Chili Sauce
– Salt
– Pepper
– Creme Fraiche ~1DL
Mash the avocados with a fork. Peel and cut the onion into the small pieces and mix it with the avocado and creme fraiche. Taste it with sweet chili sauce, salt and pepper untill you have hit the right note of spicy for you.

Asparagues
– Asparagues (however many you want)
– Olive Oil
– Salt
Break off the end of the asparagues and turn them in the olive oil. Sprinkle them with salt and put them in an ovenproof dish. Bake them at around 200 degrees C in aproximately 14-20 minutes or until they’re not raw when you cut into them.
